Besides this, there are the Electronic Communications Law (Number 5809) ; the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (5846) ; the Law on Civil Procedure (Number 6100) ; the Turkish Commercial Code (number 6102) ; the Turkish Civil Code (Number 4721) ; the Statutory Decree on the Protection of Trademarks (Number 556) as well as the secondary statutes pertainingto  these issues.
